Good riddance. He’s been nothing but a catastrophe to Apple Retail. I still can’t understand the choice of him as SVP for retail in the first place, he’s the guy that made Dixons worse.
Who would’ve thought the policy of focusing exclusively on metrics rather than on customer satisfaction would not be in Apple’s best interest?
Anyway, don’t let the door (or the thousands of Apple Retail employees) hit you on the way out.
