Use Multiple Backup Destinations in Time Machine

Time Machine is an excellent backup tool that’s been included with OS X for quite some time now. With the release of Mountain Lion, it was updated to allow backing up to multiple locations without the need to change your settings every time, making it the ideal backup solution for most people who would otherwise look elsewhere when wanting a way to keep an offsite backup.

In this screencast I show you how easy it is to set up multiple destinations within Time Machine in Mountain Lion so you can keep multiple backups running quickly and easy.

Here’s a useful screencast I did for Mactuts+ to show how multiple drives can be used with Time Machine in OS X Mountain Lion, perfect if you’d like to alternate your backups and have one off-site.
